By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact one of our sales team on 01935 410500 or email sales@oldcreameryfurniture.com before placing an order with us.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

A Contract between the customer and The Old Creamery Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted and processed. This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order may be different to that charged. Every effort is made to ensure that this does not happen, but in this event we will contact you before proceeding with the order. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate, please see delivery service.

1. Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of despatch. If a deposit has been taken and as many of the items we supply are bespoke items built for you on the basis of this contract, we may retain up to 50% of the initial order total, and the remainder will be refunded within 30 days. 2. Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return it for a refund or replacement. If the goods were delivered by our or another courier service, please ring us on 01935 425694 to discuss return options. Please advise us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Regrettably, self-assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed, unless the item is faulty.

Divans and mattresses are not returnable once unwrapped, unless they are faulty. This is for reasons of health and hygiene. Your statutory rights are not affected.

3. Payment and Taxes
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%.

When placing your order you will be asked to select between our delivery service (see below) or to collect from our warehouse.

If you select collection from us, you will be asked to pay on the day of your collection. If you have arranged for another person or company to collect from us, we will require payment 7 days before the collection date.

If you select the delivery option, the site will calculate the correct delivery charge from the selected items and your location (see Delivery Service below), and you will be forwarded to Barclays secure payment system, that will take payment from you and we will send you confirmation emails. We will then call you when the order is ready for delivery and schedule a delivery date.

4. Our Guarantee To You
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted when viewing the product.

5. Our 'Good to Go' Policy
The Internet is an excellent introduction to our furniture, but we believe there is no substitute for seeing and feeling the furniture first-hand. We also understand the frustration of waiting and possibly receiving damaged goods.

With these elements in mind we are prepared in many cases to make a generous contribution to the cost of van hire and customer self-collection. To take advantage of this opportunity, contact us by phone or email sales@oldcreameryfurniture.com to check stock levels on the furniture you're interested in and we will tell you more.

If the goods are in stock we will send you an email within 48 hours of placing the order confirming the goods are ready for collection. If we are out of stock, we will contact you by email when the goods are ready for collection.

6. If you would like to use our delivery services
Our own delivery service operates within 30-40 miles of Yeovil and includes postcodes BA, DT, TA, BS, BH, EX1-6, EX8-19, SP2, SP3 & SP7, SP8. Our delivery service includes a two-man team who will assemble the goods in the room of your choice and remove all the packaging. We aim to deliver in this area within 7-10 days, although this can not be guaranteed in the busy times of year.

Outside of our delivery area we have a local, reliable courier who can deliver to the following postcodes, EX7, EX20-EX39, SP1, SP4-SP6, TQ, PL, TR, LS, WF, L, M, OL, SK, WA, HD, DE, NG, S, B, CV, DY, ST, TF, WR, WS, WV, GL1- GL13, SN, GU, OX, PO, RG, SL, SO, BR, BR, CR, DA, E, EC, EN, HA, IG, KT, N, NW, RM, SE, SM, SW, TW, UB, W, WC, WD. The charges for these areas are £90 for the first item and £25 for any additional item. Delivery within these areas could take 7-28 days. This service is normally only one man and delivery is to front door only.

If the goods are in stock our dispatch team will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a delivery date. If they are out of stock, we will contact you when they have arrived with us. All deliveries will require a signature.

7. Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Please refer to the description of the product alongside the image to confirm colour and dimensions.
