We are currently recruiting for the position of:

 

Sales Manager

We are a small, family owned company specializing, for the last 30 years, in selling high quality furniture. Our main showroom is based in Yeovil, and we have smaller satellite branches in Taunton & Bristol.

On top of the bedroom, living and dining room furniture, roughly 15 years ago we introduced a range of freestanding solid wood kitchen cabinets, which has grown to a fully fledged extra business, with its own showroom at our main site in Yeovil, and the need for specialist sales staff.

We understand the importance of bringing our customers the best possible value, & we believe in presenting this in an honest & straight forward manner.

We are looking for an inspirational sales manager, to lead and motivate the various sales teams with experience in the following areas

  • Putting the needs of the customer first.
  • Building relationships with local customers to increase our reputation for great in-store & online customer experiences.
  • Lead and motivate small sales teams, including day to day management.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service with the ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues, with the help of our customer service manager.
  • In-store & on-line marketing experience, including running successful sales campaigns, would be of great benefit

As we are a 7-day per week company, based the fast-paced retail industry, the successful candidate will be expected to work on our busiest days, including weekends & bank holidays, and will be based in Yeovil, but travel between the stores is expected as part of the role.

Pay will be determined by experience, ability, enthusiasm & results with access to a target based sales bonus.
